Just in case if it is of interest to you, I have measured our route:

•  "Like bird fly" = 19 km
•  real = 28 km

Control sequence: 121, 103, 273, 125, 115, 152, 104, 143, 123, 202, 253, 254, 102, 272, 142, 265, 144, 122, 151, 101, 111, 221. We made a mistake, namely did not plan to make a sweep, so we skipped couple of "cheap" controls (111 and 221), and had to do second loop to get them.
