Join us on one of our new maps at St. James Farm in Warrenville.
You can find out more about this unique venue at http://dupageforest.org/Conservation/Forest_Preserves/St__James_Farm.aspx.
Registration is open until 10/12/18.
We will have our usual five point-to-point courses (White, Yellow,
Orange, Green and Red) for this event. There will be something for
orienteers of every skill level, from beginners to advanced, to
enjoy.
Important Information
Please note that all attendees must use the Hoy Avenue entrance
and park in a designated field near the Pavilion. Hoy Avenue can
be accessed via Madison Street off of Butterfield Road (IL 56).
Please see the following
map for directions to the entrance and parking. Please also
note that you must cross the Illinois Prairie Path as you enter
the St. James Farm property. Proceed with caution and be alert for
cyclists and other path users.
With this being a new orienteering venue for our club, we encourage
all attendees to review the mapper
notes to get important information about mapping of particular
features and guidelines on restricted areas and other considerations
for this site.
