Thank you everyone for coming out. It seemed like everyone had
a good time, and had a good, hard ride. It was almost perfect weather,
although I'm sure you would have preferred to have cooler air when
you were riding. It was fun for me to change areas for the courses
from last year. Based on the finishing times, the courses appeared
to be more difficult than last year.
Thanks especially to those to helped pick up controls: Gordon Pearce,
Jeff Porter, Jeff Shaw, Maricel Olaru, and Chris Svoboda. I hope
I didn't forget anyone.
Next year, I plan to set a Bike-O at Raceway Woods in Carpentersville.
There is an extensive network of mountain bike trails there, so
expect some tight, intricate loops.
